Discrete action automatic weighers for bulk materials

The discrete action automatic weighers are used as a part of the proportioning complexes for material measuring and can be used in different branches of industry.

In such complexes free-pouring materials witha natural angle of slope of max.60° (in some complexes up to 35°), with low humidity of max.1-5% and grain size of max.3-20 mm are proportioned.

Conditions of the automatic proportioning complex operation:

Operation principle of the discrete action automatic proportioning complexes is based on the following:
  • a component dose of the specified weight is weighed in accordance with the dosing cyclogram for each batch;
  • the complex is controlled by means of a correspondent device which converts the analogue signal proportionate to the current weight value and incoming from the force-measuring sensor to a numerical value, continuously measures it and based on the results of measurement secures carrying-out of the set proportioning program.
